通过该项目的研究,验证柴油机缸体加装工艺气缸盖预紧后珩磨加工湿式气缸套内孔工艺,能够提高柴油机装配气缸盖后的气缸套内孔圆柱度精度,提升柴油机的产品品质。

The paper verified the honing process of wet cylinder liner after technological cylinder head was equipped and preloaded on the cylinder block,which could improve the cylindricity accuracy of cylinder liner inner hole and diesel engine product quality.
