铜胁迫对麻疯树幼苗生理生化特性的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究Cu~(2+)胁迫对麻疯树幼苗生理生化特性的影响。[方法]以麻疯树幼苗为材料,测定不同浓度Cu~(2+)胁迫下麻疯树幼苗生理生化指标的变化。[结果]随着Cu~(2+)浓度的增加,可溶性糖含量增加;过氧化物酶活性呈先下降后上升的趋势;根系活力先上升后下降;叶片叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,丙二醛含量、蛋白质含量、电导率、脯氨酸含量均有不同程度的增加。[结论]在一定浓度的Cu~(2+)胁迫下,麻疯树各生理生化特征发生变化,在低浓度时植株表现出一定的自我保护能力,高浓度胁迫将严重损害植株的各项机能。

摘  要:
[Objective] To study effects of heavy metals on plant physiological and biochemical characteristics.[Method]Jatropha curcas was used as material,and the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of Jatropha curcas seedlings under different concentrations of Cu~(2+)stress were determined.[Result]The soluble sugar increased with the increase of Cu~(2+)concentration,and the activity of peroxidase decreased first and then increased.The content of chlorophyll in leaves showed a decreasing trend,and the contents of malondialdehyde,protein,electrical conductivity and proline increased in varying degrees.Under certain concentration of heavy metal Cu~(2+),the content of chlorophyll was decreased,and the content of malondialdehyde( MDA),protein,electrical conductivity and proline increased in different degree.[Conclusion]The physiological and biochemical characteristics of Jatropha curcas changed,and the plant showed certain self-protection ability at low concentration,and the high concentration stress would seriously damage the function of the plant.
