滨海沙地5种人工林细根与表层土壤化学计量特征

摘  要:
【目的】研究滨海沙地不同树种人工林细根及表层土壤化学计量特征,明确滨海沙地林分养分限制因子,从而为滨海沙地人工林进行科学经营管理提供理论依据。【方法】以肯氏相思、厚荚相思、卷荚相思、尾巨桉和木麻黄5种人工林为研究对象,测定各细根及表层土壤的碳(C)、氮(N)和磷(P)含量,分析其生态化学计量特征及其相关性。【结果】(1)细根C含量为449.89~461.56 mg/g,N含量为10.64~16.69 mg/g,P含量为0.29~0.58 mg/g。不同树种间细根N、P含量差异极显著(P<0.01)且与C∶N、C∶P呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。(2)表层土壤中C、N、P含量分别为3.15~4.86、0.30~0.45和0.12~0.17 mg/g,极显著低于细根养分含量(P<0.01),而细根养分与表层土壤养分存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。【结论】研究区表现出严重的土壤P缺乏。

摘  要:
【Objective】The aim of the study was to investigate the stoichiometry of fine roots and topsoil in five plantations on the coastal sandy land and to reveal the nutrient limiting factors in these forests. Our finding may provide some theoretical basis for scientific management of coastal plantations.【Method】Acacia cunninghamii,Acacia crassicarpa,Acacia cincinnata,Eucalyptus urophylla × E. grandis and Casuarina equisetifolia plantations were selected in this study. The contents of carbon(C),nitrogen(N) and phosphorus(P) in fine roots and topsoil were measured and stoichiometric ratios were calculated. Moreover,the relationship of C,N,P nutrients between fine roots and topsoil were examined as well.【Result】(1) The C,N and P contents in fine roots were 449.89~461.56 mg/g,10.64~16.69 mg/g and 0.29~0.58 mg/g,respectively. The concentrations of N and P in roots significantly varied with different tree species. N and P concentration was negatively correlated with C∶N and C∶P(P<0.01).(2) The contents of C,N and P in topsoil were 3.15~4.86 mg/g,0.30~0.45 mg/g and 0.12~0.17 mg/g,respectively,all of which were significantly lower than that of fine roots(P<0.01). In addition,a significant positive correlation was found in the nutrients between fine roots and topsoil(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The results noted in this study indicated that P was the most important limiting factor in this specific region.
