微孔滤膜富集-双硫腙四氯化碳一次萃取混色光度法测定锌的研究

摘  要:
用HNO3-HClO4混合酸消化样品,微孔滤膜富集双硫腙四氯化碳一次萃取混色光度法测定锌,建立了直接快速光度法测定锌的新方法。其线性范围0~4μg/5ml,Sandell=40.0×10-4μg.cm-2,变异系数3.16%,平均回收率97.7%~103.4%。方法用于食品、粮食、生物材料等实际样品分析,结果满意。

摘  要:
Nitrifying specimens with HNO3-HClO4 ,we found out the content of Zn by use o f micropore -enrich-ment -Dithizone -Carbon tetrachloride -once exhaust -unite -photometr ic -method,which is a new method to analyze Zn content Its linearity ran ge was0~4μg /5ml ,Sandell =40.0×10 -4μg /cm2 ,variability rate3.16%and av-erage recover rate97.7%~103.4%.this direct -quick -photometric me thodcouldbe usedwildly,suchas analysis of food,forage,biomaterial and etc.
