盐胁迫下疏叶骆驼刺根基因表达差异及功能注释

摘  要:
疏叶骆驼刺(Alhagi sparsifolia)是一种多年生豆科植物,它具有很强的耐冷、干旱和盐的能力。截型苜蓿(Medicago truncatula)是豆科的模式植物,所以本研究利用Affymetrix公司的MedicagoGenome Array与疏叶骆驼刺进行杂交,检测疏叶骆驼刺幼根220mmol/L NaCl溶液盐胁迫处理24h后的差异表达基因,以0h的样品为CK。结果表明:(1)在盐胁迫材料中检测到5 378个基因表达,占所有基因总数的8.8%,获得与之比较上调log2ratio值≥1的差异基因127个,下调ratio值≤-1的差异基因119个;(2)通过GO注释对这些差异表达基因进行初步分析表明:差异表达基因的上调和下调与疏叶骆驼刺幼根的耐盐性相关。这些都为疏叶骆驼刺耐盐机理的研究提供了有价值的信息。

摘  要:
The expression of different genes in roots of Alhagi sparsifolia,under salt stress,were analyzed based on Medicago Genome Array hybridized with Alhagi sparsifolia.The roots had been exposed to 220 mmol/L NaCl for 24hand the untreated roots as control.The results showed that there were 5 378genes ex-pressed under salt stress(8.8%of the total genes).And there were 127genes appeared to be up-regulated(with the ratio≥1)and 119appeared to be down-regulated(with the ratio≤-1).These up and down regulated genes were related to salt tolerance based on GO annotation analyzing.Thses could provide some information to salt tolerance mechanism of Alhagi sparsifolia.
