鹿茸多肽亚慢性口服毒性试验的血液学分析

摘  要：
为研究鹿茸多肽口服饲喂对小鼠的亚慢性毒性效应,将80只昆明小鼠随机分为4组(3个试验组和1个对照组)进行试验。试验组分别给予相当鹿茸正常用量25、50和100倍的鹿茸多肽,混入饲料自由采食,饲喂13周。试验结束时测定其血常规和血清生化指标。结果表明,仅高剂量组红细胞显著升高(P<0.05),但数值相差较小,经分析不具有病理学意义,表明鹿茸多肽饲喂13周对小鼠的血液学指标没有影响。

摘  要：
In order to investigate the subchronic toxicity of velvet anter polypeptides in mice via gavages, alloted the 80 mice into four groups stochastically, three treatment groups and one control group. The velvet antler polypeptide was administered orally to the tested groups at dosages of 25, 50, and 100 times of the normal dose for 13 weeks followed by subchronic toxicity studies including hematology parameters and biochemistry parameters. The results showed that there were only significant increase of red blood cell in the high-dose group (P<0.05), and there were no patological significance by analysis, which indicated that the velvet antler polypeptides ingested for 13 weeks has no effect on hematological indicators in mice.
