农民自主创业决策、强度和绩效的心理因素分析

摘  要：
农民自主创业是实施乡村振兴战略的有效途径,而其前向动因研究是催发农民创业行为的关键。基于大五人格理论和创业成功模型,本文从心理学视角论证了农民自主创业的内在发生机制。结果表明:第一,心理因素对农民自主创业具有显著影响,已有文献所强调的很多创业前因变量都可以经由心理因素来解释;而外在制度环境在其中具有重要调节效应,也可以显著作用于农民创业过程。第二,心理因素与农民自主创业存在互为因果关系,所以农民自主创业所要求的心理素质可以通过创业教育和创业实践而习得。第三,农民自主创业决策、强度和绩效的心理素质要求并不一致。因此,针对农民自主创业的不同阶段,实施有差别的企业家精神激发、培育和保护措施,必将有利于农民创业实践。

摘  要：
Farmer's self-employment is an effective way to achieve the Rural Revitalization and the research on the forward motivation is the key to stimulating entrepreneurial behavior. Based on The Big Five Personality Theory and the successful model of entrepreneurship, this paper demonstrates the internal mechanism of entrepreneurship from the perspective of psychology. The results are as follows. Firstly, the psychological factors have a significant impact on entrepreneurship, and many antecedents can be explained by psychological factors which previous literature emphasized. Meanwhile, external institutional environments have crucial regulatory effects and can also play a vital role in the process of entrepreneurship. Secondly, there exists a mutual cause-and-effect relationship between psychological factors and entrepreneurship, so the required psychological characteristics can be acquired through entrepreneurial education and practice. Thirdly, the psychological characteristics required by decision-making, intensity, and performance of the entrepreneurship are not consistent. Therefore, different measures should be taken to stimulate, cultivate, and protect the entrepreneurial spirit at different stages, which will certainly benefit farmers' entrepreneurial practice.
