微量元素和硅钙钾肥对缩二脲毒害玉米的影响

摘  要:
通过盆栽试验研究施用微量元素和硅钙钾肥对玉米缩二脲毒害的影响,结果表明,施用添加2%和4%缩二脲的复合肥对玉米幼苗产生明显的毒害作用。配施一定量的微量元素(0.25%Zn O和0.50%H3BO3)和40%硅钙钾肥可以明显缓解缩二脲造成的毒害;含缩二脲的复合肥中配施微量元素的解毒效果要好于硅钙钾肥。当含有2%缩二脲的复合肥中配施微量元素以后,玉米幼苗毒害几乎完全消除;而含4%缩二脲的复合肥中配施微量元素,毒害仅得到一定程度的缓解,未能完全消除。在含有2%缩二脲的复合肥中添加硅钙钾肥也可以缓解缩二脲毒害;而缩二脲含量达4%时,硅钙钾肥不能缓解缩二脲的毒害。因此在施用缩二脲含量较高的复合肥时,缩二脲最好控制在2%以内,并建议配施少量微量元素,以减少缩二脲带来的危害。

A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of silicium-calcium-potassium fertilizer(Si-Ca-K) and trace elements on the biuret toxcity in maize with an aim to providing the theoretical basis for exploring methods to reduce the fertilizer biuret toxcity. The results showed that the compound fertilizer with 2% and 4% biuret had obvious toxic effect on maize. Applying 40% Si-Ca-K and trace elements(0.25% Zn O and 0.5% H3BO3) could reduce the toxcity of the biuret in fertilizers. The alleviation effect of the trace elements to the biuret toxicity was much better than Si-Ca-K. The toxcity would be almost completely eliminated when trace elements were applied on the compound fertilizers with 2% biuret, while the toxic effect of 4% biuret was just alleviated to a certain extent. Si-Ca-K could also alleviate the biuret toxicity when the level of the biuret was below 2% in compound fertilizers. But Si-Ca-K would be useless on the biuret toxicity when the biuret content reached 4%. In conclusion, the compound fertilizers on maize with biuret concentrations should be controlled under 2%,and appropriate trace elements should be applied at the same time to reduce the biuret damage.
