洋河水库“水华”形成的关键因子

摘  要:
在野外观测分析的基础上进行了“水华”发生的实验研究,观察了从藻类增殖到“水华”形成的全过程,定量研究了“水华”的形成与总磷浓度之间的关系。结果表明:洋河水库发生“水华”的优势藻类为铜绿微囊藻,“水华”形成主要经过三个阶段,营养盐磷含量对“水华”的形成有重要影响,“水华”发生所需藻类的生物量阈值为38.9μgChla.L-1,在总氮浓度为5.0 mg.L-1的条件下,铜绿微囊藻的内禀增长率随培养液中总磷浓度的上升而增加,总磷浓度超过0.50 mg.L-1时增势逐渐减缓,直至饱和,且二者之间有很好的相关性,表明磷是洋河水库“水华”限制因子。

摘  要:
This study aims to determine whether phosphorus is a critical limiting factor in algae bloom occurrence in Yanghe reservoir.The total phosphorus(TP) of Yanghe reservoir is 0.1 mg·L~(-1),and the total nitrogen(TN) is 0.6 mg·L~(-1).An experimental research on formation of algae bloom was conducted which includes 5 treatment with TP=0.01 mg·L~(-1)(S1),0.05 mg·L~(-1)(S2),0.10 mg·L~(-1)(S3),0.50 mg·L~(-1)(S4),1.0 mg·L~(-1)(S5),at the constant TN= 5 mg·L~(-1).The results show that the dominant alga in the formation of algae bloom is Microcysti aeruginosa.When chlorophyll concentrations reach a level of 38.9 μg·L~(-1),an algae bloom occurred.When TN of water is 5.0 mg·L~(-1),the growth rate of Microcysti aeruginosa increases with increasing TP concentrations of culture solution,but when the TP concentration surpasses 0.50 mg·L~(-1),the growth rate of algae becomes slow and finally inclines to saturation.These experimental results indicate that phosphorus is a limited factor during the algae bloom formation of Yanghe Reservoir.
