苜蓿采用不同刈割方式在大田晾晒期间粗蛋白含量变化研究

摘  要:
利用不同刈割方式研究苜蓿青干草在大田晾晒期间粗蛋白含量的变化情况。采取单因子随机设计,采用压扁和未压扁2种处理,分别通过人工刈割和机器刈割实现,每隔一定的时间进行取样,然后将样品烘干打粉测量营养成分含量,根据测得的数据进行统计分析,找出规律。苜蓿刈割后在大田晾晒期间内,压扁处理和未压扁处理,营养物质都有不同程度的流失。结果表明,这种营养成分流失与晾晒时间和调制方式都有一定的联系。且与晾晒时间呈正相关;而不同刈割方式的苜蓿在大田晾晒期间营养物质含量变化并无显著性差异。

摘  要:
Crude protein content changes of Alfalfa during field drying with different methods of mowing was conducted.The text was designed as single-factor random,which used two kinds of treatment with squashed and not crushed,which was achieved through artificial mowing and mowing machines,then the sample was taked to at a certain period of time,which was dried for the measuring of nutrient composition,according to the measured data for statistical analysis to find out the law.Nutrients was lossed in different degrees whether sguashed or not dealed with squashed treatment when Alfalfa was dried in the field after mowed,but the loss of the nutrients had certain links with drying time and modulation.The results showed that,when Alfalfa was dried in the field,whether sguashed or not dealed with squashed treatment,the nutrients had relation with the time of drying in general;there was no significant difference of the nutrient when Alfalfa was dried in the field with different way of mowing.
