GA_3预处理对百合切花保鲜效果的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究不同GA3预处理对百合切花的保鲜效果。[方法]在基本配方(蔗糖+8-HQ)的基础上,测定不同浓度GA3预处理下百合切花的瓶插寿命、形态指标和生理指标。[结果]适当浓度GA3(100mg/L)预处理可提高百合切花的SOD活性,遏制MDA的产生,增加可溶性糖含量,但对提高花朵形态观赏价值的作用并不显著,对花青素合成等还具有一定的抑制作用。[结论]GA3预处理主要通过有效延缓叶片的黄化,促进切花鲜重的增加来延长切花的瓶插寿命。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to study the preservation effects of GA3 on cut lilies.[Method]On the basis of basic media(sucrose+8-HQ),the life span,the shape and physiology indices of cut lilies under GA3 pretreatment were determined.The effects of addition of different concentrations of GA3 to the basic components(sucrose+8-HQ)on the postharvest quality and relative physiological index were investigated.[Result]The results showed that suitable concentration(100 mg/L)of applied GA3 increased the activity of SOD enzyme,delayed the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA)and increased the soluble sugars content.However,the effects of GA3 application on postharvest quality of cut flowers were not significant.In addition,GA3 at any concentrations decreased the anthocyanin content.[Conclusion]The results suggested that GA3 application delayed the aging of cut lilies by delaying leaf chlorosis,promoting water uptake capacity and increasing the fresh weight of cut stems.
