红姜花叶片培养及植株再生

摘  要:
对红姜花组织培养进行研究 ,试验结果表明 :诱导红姜花叶片产生愈伤组织效果较好的培养基是MS +6-BA0.5mg/L+2,4 -D1.0mg/L;最适于愈伤组织分化的基本培养基是N6;6-BA、ZT和KT均能诱导愈伤组织分化不定芽 ,其中以6-BA为最好 ,在所试的6-BA浓度中 ,以3.5mg/L的效果较佳 ;生根培养阶段 ,以附加NAA0.8mg/L或IBA0.8mg/L+0.15%活性炭的1/2MS培养基效果较好 ,生根率达100% ;在河沙上 ,试管苗移栽成活率可达93.3%。

摘  要:
The research result of Alpinia purpurata tissue culture is reported in this paper.The experiments demonstrate that:for inducing callus formation of Alpinia-purpurata leaves optimal medium consist of:Ms+6-BA0.5mg/L+2,4-D1.0mg/L;The optimal medium for callus differentiation is N6;6-BA,ZT and KT all can induce adventitious bud from callus.Among them,6-BA has a relative better effect and the 3.5mg/L is better among all 6-BA concentrations;In root generation phase,the medium consist of 0.8mg/L NAA/IBA+0.15% activated carbon+1/2Ms has a good culture result.Root generation rate can reach 100%;In river sand,the survival rate of culture shoots can reach 93.3%.
