基于ADAMS的钵苗移栽机械手设计及运动仿真

摘  要:
利用UG三维建模软件建立了钵苗移栽机的实体模型,利用接口软件将模型导入仿真软件ADAMS中,建立虚拟样机模型,对其进行运动学仿真,实现了模型顺序动作的运动过程仿真。经样机试验证明,设计的模型能稳定可靠地沿着设计的轨迹运动,因此该设计方案是正确可行的;同时,也说明了虚拟样机在产品开发中的重要作用,为全自动钵苗移栽机的设计和制造奠定了基础。

摘  要:
This paper uses 3D modeling software UG to establish the entity model of pot seedling transplanting machine,establish the virtual prototype model which is imported into the simulation software ADAMS from UG by using the interface software.The model is carried on the kinematics simulation and realized the movement process of sequential action.The experiment shows that the model can be stable and reliable moving along the designed trajectory.It also shows that the important function of virtual prototype in product development and lays the foundation for the design and manufacture of automatic seedling transplanter.
