Research on the Influence Mechanism of the Transformation of Construction Migrant Workers and Industrial Chemical Workers

Farmer works in the construction industry is the core subject of the development of the construction industry, and it has become particularly important to study its influence mechanism on industrial transformation and upgrading. In view of the many interest demands of migrant workers in the construction industry, through in-depth interviews and corresponding analysis methods in construction companies, 15 factors affecting the transformation of construction migrant workers in the chemical industry were identified, and the centrality of the influencing factors was analyzed by DEMATEL-ISM, build a multi-level hierarchical structure model, explore the logical relationship and influence mechanism between factors. The results show that the system of influencing factors for the transformation of construction migrant workers can be divided into a five-level and three-tier multi-level hierarchical structure. The transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, government supervision and career development systems are the most critical factors.The impact mechanism of the transformation of migrant workers in the industrial chemical industry, from the perspective of migrant workers' interests, put forward corresponding suggestions.
