内生拮抗菌株AC8在甘蓝体内的定殖及其促生效果

摘  要:
为了研究内生拮抗菌株AC8在甘蓝植株体内的定殖及其促生效果,试验通过连续多代抗性筛选,获得了抗利福平300μg/mL且能稳定生长的菌株。除喷雾法外,浸种法、浸根法、伤茎法、伤叶法均可使AC8菌株侵入甘蓝植株内,并且在根内的定殖能力最强,茎内的定殖能力相对较弱,叶内的定殖能力最弱。在甘蓝的2~3叶期和4~5叶期,与对照相比,AC8菌株处理后的甘蓝植株株高分别增加了27.4%和24.8%,根长分别增加了51.1%和36.1%,鲜重分别增加了19.0%和16.3%,干重分别增加了18.1%和16.7%,反映出AC8菌株对甘蓝有明显的促生作用。

摘  要:
The plant growth-promoting effects of endophytic antagonistic bacteria strain AC8(Bacillus cereus Frankland and Frankland) when it was colonized in Brassica olearcea L.var.capitata L.was investigated.The strain AC8 with resistance to rifampicin(300 μg/mL) was obtained by resistance selection for several successive generations.Besides spray method,AC8 could invade into B.olearcea var.capitata by means of soaking seed or root and hurting stems or leaves.The colonization ability of the strain was the strongest in root,weaker in stem,and the weakest in leaves.Compared with the control,in 2~3-leaf-stage and 4~5-leaf-stage,the height of B.olearcea var.capitata treated by AC8 was increased by 27.4% and 24.8%;root length was increased by 51.1% and 36.1%;fresh weight was increased by 19.0% and 16.3%;dry weight was increased by 18.1% and 16.7%,respectively.The stain could promote the growth of B.olearcea var.capitata significantly.
