结构有限元分析在北京清河治理工程羊坊闸金属结构设计中的应用

摘 要:
结构有限元分析作为一种先进的现代设计方法,在水工金属结构设计中得到广泛应用。本文根据北京清河治理工程羊坊弓形闸门的实际运行工况,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,分别对羊坊闸的弓形钢闸门结构和支铰结构进行了有限元分析,分别得到了它们在最不利工况下的最大应力及最大变形,验证了强度,提出了改进建议。

摘 要:
Structural finite element analysis,as an advanced modern design method,is widely used in hydraulic metal structure design. Based on the actual operation condition of Yangfang arch- gate in Qinghe river training project in Beijing,by using finite element analysis for the arch- gate structure and gate hinge structure,this paper uses ANSYS to obtain its maximum stress and maximum deformation in the most unfavorable condition and thus verify its strength.
