摘  要：
所谓民族精神,乃是一个民族在长期的历史演进中所形成的独特、稳固、持久而强烈的民族意识和精神品格,是一个民族赖以生存和发展的精神支撑和思想动力。紧扣中华民族精神的内容,大力培育爱国主义精神、团结统一精神、爱好和平精神、勤劳勇敢精神和自强不息精神;赋予中华民族优良传统以新的时代内容,进一步丰富和发展中华民族精神;坚持养成教育,使中华民族精神内化为公民个人的高尚思想道德品质等,都是弘扬中华民族精神的有效途径。

摘  要：
Ethnic spirits is a special, stable, lasting and strong ethnic consciousness and character that a nation has formed in the long history, and it is also a kind of spiritual sustain and motive power that a nation exists and develops to rely on. The effective methods include that fastening tightly the content of Chinese ethnic spirits, cultivating the spirit of patriotic, uniting and unifying, loving peace, hardworking and brave and constant strive; bestowing new modern contents on Chinese good tradition, enriching and developing Chinese ethnic spirits; insisting on education of bringing up, internally transmit Chinese ethnic spirits to noble thoughtful and moral qualities of individuality.
