松塔水电站工程建设对潇河灌区的影响

摘  要:
潇河灌区渠首源涡大坝处年均径流量逐年下降,致使潇河灌区实际有效灌溉面积萎缩较为严重,松塔水电站的建成与运行将对潇河流域下游的潇河灌区在引水量、引水方式及灌溉方式等方面产生重要影响,潇河灌区渠首小流量常年引水的灌溉方式成为唯一选择。为此潇河灌区的灌溉理念和管理模式也必须做出相应调整,通过发展高效节水灌溉、加快节水工程建设、改革灌溉用水管理制度、增加灌溉用水来源等措施和手段,以适应松塔水电站工程建设对潇河灌区的影响。

摘  要:
Average annual runoff volume goes down year by year at Yuanwo Dam at the headwork of the Xiaohe River irrigation area,so that actual effective irrigation area shrinks seriously in this area. Completion and operation of Songta Hydropower Station will seriously affect water diversion,diversion form and irrigation method in the Xiaohe River irrigation area in the downstream of the Xiaohe River. The annual small flow diversion in the Xiaohe River headwork becomes the only irrigation method. For all this,the irrigating idea and management mode for the Xiaohe River irrigation area should be adjusted accordingly. The influence of Songta construction on the Xiaohe River irrigation area could be adapt by developing efficient water-saving irrigation,speeding up construction of water saving projects,reforming irrigation water management system,increasing irrigation water sources and other measures.
