摘 要：
This paper takes the city teachers of two secondary vocational schools in Jiangyin city as the object, analyzes their internal and external causes in the process of growing up by questionnaire, and points out that the internal causes of the growth process of the middle vocational school's famous teachers are: the goal is clear, their own efforts. Speculation, lifelong learning, courage to practice, school support,teacher guidance and other external reasons for the growth of famous teachers.
