柴油机气缸盖冷却性能对比研究

摘  要:
为改善柴油机缸盖的性能指标,首先针对不同传热公式进行了缸盖火力面第三类边界条件的计算,然后给出缸盖冷却性能工程评价指标,并对某型柴油机缸盖利用CFD软件进行耦合计算,最后进行缸盖冷却性能工程评价指标对比分析。计算分析结果表明,不同传热公式对模拟计算的缸盖温度场及应力场有影响,而对流场基本无影响,冷却效果评价指标与流阻评价指标差别不大,而热应力效果评价指标差别较大。该研究结果为缸盖的优化设计提供了较好的依据。

摘  要:
In order to improve the performance of cylinder head,expressions of heat transfer are analyzed and appropriate boundary conditions for fire surface are given,then an engineering evaluation system for evaluating cooling performance is raised.Finally,start the coupling simulation with CFD software for a diesel according to the conditions and compare results with the engineering evaluation system.The results demonstrate that different expressions cause different temperature fields and stress fields but nearly same liquid field;and so do the evaluation indexes.Moreover the results provide good guidance for the optimization of cylinder head.
