大理苍山不同海拔梯度和土壤对野生滇龙胆生长及其成分的影响

摘  要:
研究了9个不同海拔梯度(2203~3327 m)野生滇龙胆的表型性状、生物量及龙胆苦苷含量。结果表明,滇龙胆植株表型性状与不同海拔梯度间相关性不显著;海拔2 783 m时,单株地上部干重和单株地下部干重之比为0.99,即地上和地下部干重基本相等;其余海拔梯度均为单株地上部干重高于单株地下部干重,海拔3046 m时,滇龙胆地上部干重是地下部干重的2.56倍;地下部龙胆苦苷含量均高于地上部龙胆苦苷含量,除了海拔3327 m处龙胆苦苷含量地下部与地上部之比仅为1.46倍之外,其余海拔梯度滇龙胆地下部龙胆苦苷含量均是地上部龙胆苦苷含量的2倍以上;相关分析表明,滇龙胆龙胆苦苷含量与土壤养分含量和海拔梯度相关性不显著。

摘  要:
With different elevation gradient( 2230- 3327 m),the phenotypic traits,biomass and gentiopicroside of wild Gentiana rigescens was researched. The results showed that these was no significant correlation between phenotypic traits and elevation gradient of Gentiana rigescens. At an altitude of 2783 m,the ratio of aboveground and underground dry weight were 0. 99,namely the dry weight of ground and underground was basic equal. The dry weight of aboveground was higher than that of underground with the rest of elevation gradient. At 3046 m altitude,the aboveground dry weight was 2. 56 times of the underground dry weight of Gentiana rigescens. The gentiopicroside content of underground was higher than that of the aboveground. At 3327 m altitude,the ratio of gentiopicroside content of underground and aboveground was only 1. 46 times. At the rest elevation gradient,the gentiopicroside content of underground was more than twice of aboveground. Correlation analysis showed that the soil nutrient content and elevation gradient had no significant correlation with gentiopicroside.
