摘  要：
【目的】研究不同浓度赤霉素(GA_3)处理对轮台白杏坐果率及品质的影响,为杏果实调控奠定基础。【方法】以轮台白杏为研究对象,在盛花期和花后20 d分别喷施40、90和140 mg/L浓度的GA_3,在花后20 d统计坐果率,定期测定果实纵径、横径、侧径及单果重,果实成熟后测定果实品质。【结果】GA_3处理后均能有效提高果实坐果率,同时能有效促进果实纵径、横径、侧径的增大,但果实的品质有所降低。90 mg/L处理对提高轮台白杏的坐果率效果最明显,与对照相比,坐果率提高了117.32%,在40和90 mg/L GA_3处理后,果实膨大的效果与GA_3浓度成正相关,当浓度达到140 mg/L时,果实膨大现象不明显。【结论】90 mg/L浓度GA_3处理能显著提高产量,可运用于轮台白杏生长发育的调控。

摘  要：
【Objective】To explore the effects of different concentrations of GA_3 on Luntai Amerniaca Vulgaris fruit setting and quality and lay the foundation for the cultivation and regulation of Luntai Amerniaca Vulgaris fruit.【Method】Taking Luntai Amerniaca Vulgaris as the research object,40 mg/L,90 mg/L and 140mg/L concentrations of GA_3 were sprayed at full flowering stage and 20 d after anthesis.The fruit setting rate was analyzed 20 d after flowering,fruit vertical diameter,transverse diameter,lateral diameter and single fruit weight were measured regularly,the fruit quality was determined after the fruit ripening.【Result】GA_3treatment significantly increased the fruit setting rate,and the fruit vertical,horizontal and lateral size effectively,but the quality of the fruit has been reduced.90 mg/L GA_3 significantly increased the fruit set,an increase of117.32% compared to the CK.After the treatment of 40 mg/L and 90 mg/L GA_3,the effect of fruit enlargement was positively correlated with the concentration of GA_3.When the concentration reached 140 mg/L,the phenomenon of fruit enlargement was not obvious.【Conclusion】The 90mg/L concentration of GA_3 could effectively improve the yield of fruit,which could be used to control the growth and development of Luntai Amerniaca Vulgaris.
