正交设计法优化宁夏六盘山区产秦艽醇提工艺

摘  要:
[目的]优化宁夏六盘山区产秦艽的醇提工艺。[方法]以测定秦艽中龙胆苦苷提取率作为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交设计法,考察提取醇量、提取时间、提取次数、提取温度对龙胆苦苷提取率的影响。[结果]宁夏六盘山区产秦艽的最佳醇提工艺为当秦艽质量为0.5 g时,溶剂用量为35 ml,提取时间为20 min,提取次数为3次,提取温度为30℃。[结论]为提取秦艽中龙胆苦苷生产工艺提供参考。

摘  要:
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the alcohol-extraction technology of Gentiana macrophylla from Liupan Mountain of Ningxia.[Method] With the extraction rate of gentiopicroside from G.macrophylla as the observation index,the effects of extraction alcohol consumption,the extraction time,extraction times and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of gentiopicroside were studied by using L9(34) orthogonal design.[Result] The optimum technologies of the alcohol extraction of gentiopicroside from G.macrophylla from Liupan Mountain of Ningxia were as follows: when the mass of G.macrophylla was 0.5 g,solvent consumption was 35 ml,the extraction time was 20 min,the extraction times was thrice and the extraction temperature was 30 ℃.[Conclusion] The research provided reference for the production technology of gentiopicroside from Gentiana macrophylla.
