农药创制亟需国家政策大力扶持

经过20多年的发展,我国农药新品种创制,特别是关键创制技术实现重大突破,极大地提高了我国农药工业的整体水平,我国已经跻身具有新农药自主创制能力的国家行列。在我国农药创制能力不断提升,创制产品日益增多的同时,还存在创制品种性价比不高,规模小,国际竞争力不强等问题。农药创制不易,亟需得到国家政策大力扶持。

摘  要：
After the development of more than 20 years, the innovation ability of pesticide varieties, especially the key innovation technologies have a great development which improves the whole developing level of China pesticide industry greatly. China has been a country which has the ability to discover new pesticide active compounds by herself. But there are many problems about the innovative products such as high cost, small production scale and weak international competitiveness while the pesticide innovative ability in China grows continuously and the developed products are in increase. It is hard to innovate active compounds of pesticide, which needs the strong support of national policies.
