考来木离体培养及产业化研究

摘  要：
以带腋芽的茎段为外植体,对2个考来木品种进行了离体培养研究。结果表明:在1/2MS培养基上,当NAA浓度为0.1 mg/L、BA浓度为1.0 mg/L时,2种考来木的增殖系数分别为3.48和2.61;生根用培养基1/2MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L效果较佳,2种考来木的生根率分别可达90.00%和83.33%,适时移栽成活率可达90%。

摘  要：
The stem segments with axillary buds were used as test materials and in vitro culture of two Correa carmen varieties was studied.The experimental results showed that when the medium was 1/2MS and the concentrations of NAA and BA were respectively 0.1 and 1.0 mg/L,the multiplication rates of the two varieties reached 3.48 and 2.61,respectively;When the rooting medium was 1/2MS+ 0.1 mg/L IBA,the rooting rates of the two varieties could be up to 90.00%and 83.33%,respectively; The survival rate of timely transplanting could be up to 90%.
