顾及空间关系的土地利用变化分析模型

摘  要：
提出一种顾及空间关系回归模型来分析和预测城市土地利用变化,这种方法利用空间滤波对因子进行空间平滑得出"隐含变量",从而把原始变量变换为没有空间相关的新变量。利用该方法对NewCastle1984~2002年的土地利用变化进行了分析和预测。实验结果表明,新方法比普通逻辑回归模型的预测精度有大提高,总体预测精度从0.70提高到0.77。

摘  要：
In the paper,an regression model considering space relationship is used to analyze and predict land use change in city,spatial filtering is used to carry out space smooth process for factor so as to obtain hidden variables in the method,thus primitive variable can be transformed to new variable without space correlation.This method was applied to analyze and predict land use change in New Castle during 1984～2002.The results show that the prediction accuracy of new method is better that that of common logistic regression model,the total prediction accuracy is increased from 0.70 to 0.77.
