高射程履带喷雾车偏驶仿真与试验

摘  要:
为提高高射程履带喷雾车直线行驶效率,针对其行驶跑偏现象,利用RecurDyn/Track软件建立车辆动力学模型,研究车辆在直线行驶过程中当速度为2.46、4.03和7.98km·h-1,路面类型为刚性路面、粘土及重粘土软路面,履带预张紧力为2.5、5和7.5kN时对跑偏量的影响,并进行试验。结果发现:速度大小对跑偏量没有明显影响,车辆跑偏量会随着土壤内聚变形模量和摩擦变形模量值的增大而增加,履带预张紧力大小与跑偏量成反比;为减小跑偏量,降低车辆零部件的磨损,增加车辆行驶的平稳性,高射程履带喷雾车的最佳履带预张紧力为5kN。

摘  要:
In order to improve the straight travelling efficiency of the tracked spraying vehicle for high range,the dynamic simulation model of the vehicle including both sides track subsystem was developed to analyze the effect on deviation value by RecurDyn/Track(LM).Different operations were simulated and compared when travelling speed was 2.46,4.03 and 7.98km·h-1,ground type was rigid,clay and heavy clay,and track pretension force was 2.5,5and 7.5kN respectively.Then some experiments were performed.It is concluded that the speed size has little effect on the deviation;as cohesion deformation modulus and friction deformation modulus of soil increase,the deviation value would be greater;track pretension force is inversely proportional to deviation value.To reduce the deviation value,improve the wear of vehicle parts and increase vehicle stability,the best track pretension force of the tracked spraying vehicle for high range should be set to 5kN.
