斑衣蜡蝉成虫肠道细菌的鉴定研究

摘  要：
斑衣蜡蝉是自然发生于臭椿树和苦楝树的一种重要害虫,也是一种重要的药用昆虫资源,分布于山东省、江苏省等地。本研究从自然种群的斑衣蜡蝉成虫肠道环境中分离、纯化、培养,获得细菌4个菌株,分别对其菌体形态、染色反应、培养性状、生理生化反应进行了系统研究。鉴定结果表明:4个细菌菌株均为兼性厌氧芽孢杆菌,1号菌株为多粘芽孢杆菌(Bacillus polymyxa),2号菌株为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis),3号菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium),4号菌株为枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。在斑衣蜡蝉成虫肠道环境中存在的不同细菌之间的数量具有明显差异。

摘  要：
Lycorma delicatula(White)is a kind of pest insect on tree of heaven and plant of Meliaceae,It is also a kind of important resource insect for medicine。Four bacteria strains were isolated from the intestinalof the adults.The modalitybacteria,dyeing reaction,culture character and physiological and biochemical reactions were studied systematically.The result of identification was that No.1 is Bacillus polymyxa;No.2 is Bacillus licheniformis;No.3 is Bacillus megaterium;No.4 is Bacillus subtiliss.And the quantity of different bacteria strains were significantly different in intestinal environment of the dault Lycorma delicatula r.
