摘  要：
用免疫组化Envision法检测125例维、汉民族乳腺癌中P53及Ki 67蛋白的表达。结果表明,P53及Ki 67蛋白在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率明显高于非癌组织;且在浸润性导管癌中P53和Ki 67蛋白阳性表达与分级、转移呈正相关,与民族无关。随组织学分级增高,P53及Ki 67阳性表达增高。淋巴结转移者P53及Ki 67蛋白阳性表达明显高于无淋巴结转移者。提示P53和Ki 67蛋白阳性表达可能在乳腺良性病变恶性转化及乳腺癌的发生中具有重要作用,有可能成为临床预测预后的重要指标之一。

摘  要：
The expressions of P53 and Ki-67 were studied immunohistochemically by Envision method in 125 cases of Uigur and Han nationality with breast cancer.The results showed that the positive rates of P53 and Ki-67 in breast cancer revealed notably higher than in benign lesions; The rates of P53 and Ki-67 expression were positively correlated with the pathological grade,the metastasis of lymph node, and were not correlated with different nationalities in infiltrative ductal breast cancer. The expression of P53 and Ki-67 were notably higher with the increased pathological grade, and the expression of P53 and Ki-67 invilved in the metastasis of lymph nodes were notably higher than them in no metastasis of lymph nodes. This study indicated that the expression of P53 and Ki-67 involved in the malignant transformation and carcinogenesis from breast benign lesion. These two markers combined may be used as an important indicator of prognosis in breast cancer.
