高邮鸭血浆生化指标与体重、体尺的相关性分析

摘  要：
为了探讨高邮鸭血浆极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)、总三酰甘油(TG)与体重、体尺性状之间的关系,试验测定了8周龄高邮鸭公母鸭血浆极低密度脂蛋白、TG浓度及体重、体尺性状。结果表明:8周龄高邮鸭公母鸭之间血浆VLDL浓度和TG浓度均差异不显著(P>0.05);公鸭胫长、体斜长、半潜水长、胸宽极显著高于母鸭(P<0.01),公鸭胫围、龙骨长显著高于母鸭(P<0.05),公母鸭体重差异不显著(P>0.05);血浆VLDL浓度与体重、胫围、龙骨长及半潜水长呈一定程度的正相关趋势(P>0.05);血浆TG浓度与体重、胫围、龙骨长呈一定程度的正相关趋势(P>0.05),与胫长、体斜长呈一定程度的负相关趋势(P>0.05)。

摘  要：
To investigate the relationship of very-low-density lipoprotein(VLDL),triglyceride(TG),body weight,and body size traits in Gaoyou duck.The plasma concentrations of VLDL and TG,body weight,and body size traits were determined in male and female Gaoyou ducks at eight weeks of age,respectively.The results showed that there were no significant differences on the plasma concentrations of VLDL and TG between the male and female Gaoyou ducks.The shank length,body slope length,half-diving depth and breast width of the male ducks were extremely significantly higher(P < 0.01) than those of the female ducks,and the shank circumference and fossil bone length of the male ducks were significantly higher(P < 0.05) than those of the female ducks.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05) on the body weight between the male and female ducks.The plasma concentration of VLDL with body weight,shank circumference,fossil bone length,and half-diving depth showed positive correlation trend(P > 0.05) to a certain degree.The plasma concentration of TG with body weight,shank circumference,and fossil bone length showed positive correlation trend(P > 0.05) to a certain degree,but the plasma concentration of TG with shank length and body slope length showed negative correlation trend(P > 0.05) to a certain degree.
