3种实蝇对甲基丁香酚和诱蝇酮的触角电位反应

摘  要:
采用电生理方法,在测定不同时段和不同日龄的橘小实蝇对甲基丁香酚(ME)触角电位(EAG)反应的基础上,对橘小实蝇、瓜实蝇和南亚实蝇对ME和诱蝇酮(CUE)的EAG反应进行了测定。结果显示,橘小实蝇雌雄虫对ME的EAG反应存在时段差异,且在12:00-17:00时段差异较小;橘小实蝇雌雄虫从1日龄开始就对ME产生较强的EAG反应,但交配后迅速减弱。橘小实蝇、瓜实蝇、南亚实蝇对ME的EAG反应都强于CUE,且瓜实蝇和南亚实蝇雌虫对CUE的EAG反应高于雄虫。

摘  要:
Based on the electroantennograhic responses of Bactrocera dorsalis( Hendel) with different time intervals and day-age to methyl eugenol( ME),the electroantennogram( EAG) was employed to test the EAG responses of fruit flies,B. dorsalis,B. cucudrbitae( Coquillett) and B. tau( Walker) to both of methyl eugenol( ME) and cuelure( CUE). The results showed the difference in time intervals against EAG of B. dorsalis for both sexes while minimum difference was observed during 12: 00 to 17: 00. Methyl eugenol showed higher responses against EAG of B. dorsalis for both sexes initially from the first day-age but the responses weakened rapidly after mating. Methyl eugenol had comparatively greater responses than CUE against both sexes of three species as mentioned above while CUE had comparatively significant responses against EAG of B. cucurbitae and B. tau females than males.
