新兴产区和道地产区当归质量评价

摘  要:
[目的]通过不同产地当归质量的研究,探讨当归道地产区(岷县)和新兴产区(天祝县、民乐县)的质量差异性。[方法]以甘肃不同产地的15份当归样品为材料,采用HPLC法测定当归样品阿魏酸的含量;采用紫外分光光度法测定当归多糖含量,根据2015版《中国药典》第四部通则中浸出物的含量测定水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物,通过SPSS 21.0软件对其数据进行分析。[结果]新兴产区和道地产区样品水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物无明显差异(P>0.05);道地产区当归中阿魏酸含量高于新兴产区,而当归多糖含量低于新兴产区。[结论]新兴产区和道地产区当归质量差异不大;该试验为道地产区和新兴产区当归质量评价提供可靠、科学的依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] To study the quality differences of Angelica sinensis from genuine producing area(Minxian) and new producing area(Tianzhu and Minle counties).[Method]The materials were 15 samples of Angelica sinensis from different areas of Gansu Province,the content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis samples was determined by HPLC; the polysaccharide content in Angelica sinensis was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.According to the content of extracts in the fourth general rule of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of the 2015 edition, water-soluble extracts and alcohol-soluble extracts were determined.The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0.[Result]There was no significant difference in water-soluble extracts and alcohol-soluble extracts between new producing areas and genuine producing areas(P > 0.05); the content of ferulic acid in genuine producing areas was higher than that in new producing areas, while the content of polysaccharides in Angelica sinensis was lower than that in new producing areas.[Conclusion]The quality of Angelica sinensis in new producing areas and genuine producing areas has little difference. This experiment provides reliable and scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Angelica sinensis in new producing areas and genuine producing areas.
