一个水稻脆秆重组体的遗传分析

摘  要:
在两个表现正常茎秆形态的贵农筒恢×蜀恢527 F7株系群体中,分离出脆秆单株,经过3代自交,证实脆秆性状已经纯合,定名为734,其对照正常秆植株定名为733。734与733杂交试验显示,F1植株全部正常,表现为不脆。F2群体中,正常秆和脆秆以3∶1分离,以733为回交亲本的B1C1植株,表现正常,即为不脆;而以脆秆734为回交亲本的B1C1植株,正常茎秆和脆秆则以1∶1分离。结果表明:该脆秆性状符合孟得尔遗传规律并由一对隐性单基因控制,是受1对隐性单基因控制的重组体。

摘  要:
A rice plant with brittle stem was isolated from F7 population of guinongtonghui×shuhui 527.The brittle stem plant with homozygosis after three generations of self cross was named as 734 and the plant with normal stem(CK)was named as 733.The results from 733 and 734 indicates that F1 plants were of normal stem,the normal stem/brittle stem segregation ratio in F2 population was 3∶1,the B1C1 plants from F1 733 was of normal stem,and the segregation ratio was 1∶1 ratio in B1C1 plants from F1 734,which expresses that the brittle stem character is controlled by a pair of recessive genes.
