考虑胎圈与轮辋接触的子午线轮胎模态分析

摘  要:
轮胎的模态参数与其本身的结构和材料有关,在工作状态下受到轮辋安装和充气压力的影响,轮胎的模态参数也发生变化。建立胎圈与轮辋接触的子午线轮胎的有限元模型,模拟轮胎与轮辋的装配,在装配和充气工况下对轮胎进行模态分析。结果表明:在装配和充气工况下轮胎模态振型的形状不变,各阶固有频率升高,胎圈与轮辋之间的摩擦系数对轮胎模态参数的影响很小。本文为轮胎动态性能的研究提供参考依据。

摘  要:
Tire modal parameters are related to the tire itself structures and materials.Under the working state,parameters are also changing because of the impact of rim installation and inflation pressure.The finite model of radial tire with bead-rim contact is built,the rim is fixed in tire and the modal analysis is performed under the assembly and inflation condition.The results show that the shapes of the tire vibration mode remain the same and the natural frequency increased under the assembly and inflation condition;and the friction coefficient between bead area and rim have little impact on the tire modal parameters.The reference is provided for the research of the dynamic characteristics of tire by analyzing the change of tire modal parameters due to rim installation and inflation pressure.
