磁场加γ射线处理柞蚕卵的效应

摘  要:
本试验以柞蚕青六及青一×早一品种的蚕卵为试材,在蚕卵胚子发育期间分别施以磁场、磁场加γ射线和γ射线处理后,与无任何处理的对照相比,蚕卵的实用孵化率均有明显提高:磁场1×10~4G(Gauss高斯)提高8~13%;磁场1×10~4G+γ0.5R(伦琴)提高8.5~15.5%;γ0.5R提高3~7%.其中以复因子磁场1×10~4G+γ0.5R的处理为最佳,在处理条件相同时则以杂交种实用孵化率为高。

摘  要:
In this experiment eggs of tussah Qing 6 and Qing 1×Zao l were used as test materials. After treated with magnetic field, γ-ray and both at embryo development stage, tussah eggs showed marked increase in practical hatching rate. Hatching rate increased by 8~13% under 1×10~4G magnetic field exposure, by 3~7% under 0.5R γ-ray irradiation, and by 8.5~15.5% under 1×10~4 G magnetic field plus 0.5 R γ-ray treatment. Among the three treatments, the multifactor treatment with 1×10~4G magnetic field plus 0.5R γ-ray proved to be most effective. When treated with the same agent at the same dosage, the hybrid tussah egg manifested the highest practical hatching rate.
