社员对合作社服务满意度的影响因素分析

摘  要：
本文通过对农民种植合作社实地调研,运用二元Logistic模型探究合作社社员对合作社服务满意度的影响因素。结果表明,合作社社员对合作社的满意度主要集中在是否提供信息服务和资金服务,其它服务内容影响不显著。除此以外,理事长的经营能力情况、合作社的发起人类型、是否有规章制度、政府在合作社内宣传合作社相关政策情况和加入合作社后是否更了解农业政策具有显著影响。

摘  要：
This paper investigated the influencing factors of cooperative members 'satisfaction with cooperative service through the field survey of farmers' planting cooperatives and the use of binary logistic model. The results showed that the satisfaction of members of the cooperatives with the cooperatives was mainly focused on whether to provide information services and financial services, and the impact of other services was not significant. In addition, the chairman's ability to operate, the type of co-founder, whether there are rules and regulations, the government's promotion of co-operative policies in the cooperative, and whether the government better understands agricultural policies after joining the cooperative had a significant impact.
