白油佐剂对肉鸡肌苷酸及代谢物含量和血清抗氧化性能影响

摘  要:
试验旨在研究白油佐剂对肉鸡肌苷酸及代谢物含量和血清抗氧化指标的影响。选用200只1日龄黄羽肉鸡作为研究对象,随机分成4组(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ),每组设5个重复,每重复10只。按照免疫程序,分别在第7、10、14、21和30日龄,对照组(Ⅰ组)仅注射生理盐水,活苗组(Ⅱ组)进行相应的活苗滴鼻并注射生理盐水,油乳剂疫苗组(Ⅲ组)注射相应的油乳剂灭活苗,白油组(Ⅳ组)仅注射白油。第42天时,每组随机选取20只(每重复4只)肉鸡进行样品采集,测定胸肌肌苷酸及代谢物含量和血清抗氧化指标。结果表明,白油组肌苷(INO)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);单磷酸腺苷(AMP)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)及校正肌苷酸(IMPc)含量各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);白油组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(GSH-PX)、丙二醛含量(MDA)与其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05),但与对照组相比,MDA含量有所升高。

摘  要:
Effects of white oil adjuvant on the contents of IMP, IMP metabolites, and the serum antioxidation in Yellow broilers were determined. A total of 200 one-day-old Yellow broilers were randomly divided into four groups. Each group had five replicates with ten broilers per replicate. According to the immune procedure, at 7th, 10 th, 14 th, 21 th and 30 th day, Yellow broilers in group Ⅰ(control) were injected with the physiological saline only and those in groups Ⅱ, III, and IV were vaccinated with the live vaccine followed by the physiological saline, the oil emulsion vaccine, and the white oil, respectively. Twenty broilers from each group were randomly selected for sample collection at day 42. IMP, correlative metabolites of IMP in the breast muscle, and the serum antioxidation were measured. The results showed that vaccination with the white oil significantly reduced the contents of INO compared to the control group(P<0.05), but the contents of IMP, AMP, ADP, and IMPc were not significant different between each group(P>0.05).The levels of SOD, GSH-PX, and MDA of broilers injected with the white oil were not significantly different from other groups(P>0.05), but the level of MDA increased to a certain degree in broilers that were injected with the white oil.
