如何协调森林资源保护与矿产资源开发的关系

摘  要:
自然生态破坏是中国当前环境质量恶化的重要原因之一,已成为中国经济和社会可持续发展的严重障碍。因矿山开采造成生态环境严重破坏,不但影响自然景观、造成环境污染,而且诱发山体滑坡、水土流失和地下水位下降等生态灾难,部分地区土地石漠化严重。因此,如何在保护森林资源和生态环境的基础之上合理开发利用矿产资源,是今后很长一段时间必须研究和解决的重要课题之一。文章以清镇市为例,通过多年的调查和探索,分析研究如何在矿产资源开发中合理保护森林资源和治理生态环境,为各级政府和主管部门提供解决这一难题的办法和措施。

摘  要:
The natural ecological damage is one which of substantial clauses China current environment quality worsens,has become the Chinese economy and the social sustainable development serious barrier.Because mine mining causes the ecological environment to destroy seriously,not only affects the natural landscape,to cause the environmental pollution,moreover suggestion ecological disasters and so on mountain massif landslide,soil erosion and subsoil water level drop,some areas land stone desert is serious.Therefore,how in protection forest resources and above ecological environment foundation reasonable development use mineral resource,will be the present is very long one which of important topics period of time must study and solve.The author take Qingzhen as an example,through many year investigations and exploration,analytical study how in mineral resource development reasonable protection forest resources and government ecological environment,provides solves this difficult problem means and the measure for all levels of the government and the Department responsible for the work.
