摘 要:
本试验旨在研究条纹锯(Centropristis striata)幼鱼维生素C需要量。试验采用单因素试验设计法,选取平均体重为(88.34±24.10) g的条纹锯幼鱼630尾,随机分为7组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。各组分别投喂维生素C含量(实测值)分别为10.97(对照)、74.03、148.33、213.64、335.33、618.88和910.98 mg/kg的等氮等能饲料。检测饲料维生素C含量对条纹锯幼鱼生长性能、血清生化指标、相关酶活性、各组织中维生素C积累量和肌肉成分的影响。试验期8周。结果表明:1) 74.03 mg/kg组的增重率和特定生长率显著高于10.97、618.88和910.98 mg/kg组(P<0.05),74.03 mg/kg组的饲料系数显著低于10.97和910.98 mg/kg组(P<0.05),10.97和910.98 mg/kg组蛋白质效率显著低于74.03和618.88 mg/kg组(P<0.05),335.33 mg/kg组的肥满度显著低于74. 03、148. 33和213. 64 mg/kg组(P <0. 05)。2) 10. 97、74.03 mg/kg组血清总蛋白含量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),618.88和910.98 mg/kg组血清甘油三酯含量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),10.97 mg/kg组血清溶菌酶活性显著低于213.64、335.33、618.88、910.98 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。3) 335.33 mg/kg组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于10. 97、74. 03、910. 98 mg/kg组(P <0. 05),335. 33 mg/kg组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于10. 97、618. 88、910. 98 mg/kg组(P <0. 05),335. 33 mg/kg组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于10.97 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。4) 10.97 mg/kg组肝脏SOD和过氧化物酶(CAT)活性显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),148.33、335.33和910.98 mg/kg组肝脏MDA含量显著低于10.97 mg/kg(P<0.05)。5) 74.03 mg/kg组肌肉SOD活性和T-AOC均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。6) 213.64、335.33、618.88、910.98 mg/kg组血清谷丙转氨酶(GOT)活性显著低于10.97 mg/kg组(P <0.05),10.97 mg/kg组肝脏GOT活性显著低于其他各组(P <0.05)。10.97、74.03 mg/kg组血清谷草转氨酶(GPT)活性显著高于其他各组(P <0. 05)。7)910.98 mg/kg组血清中维生素C积累量显著高于其他各组(P <0. 05),910. 98 mg/kg组肝脏中维生素C积累量显著高于10.97、74.03、148.33和213.64 mg/kg组(P<0.05),618.88 mg/kg组的肌肉中维生素C积累量显著高于10.97、74.03、148.33和213.64 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。8)74.03 mg/kg组肌肉水分含量显著低于10. 97、148. 33和213. 64 mg/kg组(P <0. 05),910.98 mg/kg组肌肉胶原蛋白含量显著高于其他各组(P <0.05)。由此可见,以特定生长率、肝脏中维生素C积累量和血清溶菌酶活性为评价标准,通过折线回归模型得出条纹锯幼鱼饲料维生素C需要量分别为66.66、309.93和345.11 mg/kg。

摘 要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the vitamin C requirement of juvenile Centropristis striata. A single factor test design was adopted in the experiment,a total of 630 juvenile Centropristis striata with average body weight of( 88.34±24.10) g were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fishes per replicate. Fishes in the 7 groups were fed the isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets which vitamin C contents( measured values) were 10. 97( control),74. 03,148. 33,213. 64,335. 33,618.88,910. 98 mg/kg,respectively. The effects of dietary vitamin C on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,related enzyme activities,tissue vitamin C concentrations and muscle composition of juvenile Centropristis striata were detected. The experiment lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1) the weight gain rate and special gain rate in 74. 03 mg/kg group were significantly higher than those in 10. 97,618.88 and 910.98 mg/kg groups( P<0.05),the feed conversion ratio in 74.03 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in 10. 97 and 910. 98 mg/kg groups( P < 0. 05),the protein efficiency ratio in 10. 97 and910.98 mg/kg groups was significantly lower than that in 74. 03 and 618. 88 mg/kg groups( P < 0. 05),the condition factor in 335.33 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in 74.03,148.33 and 213.64 mg/kg groups( P<0.05). 2) The serum total protein content in 10.97 and 74.03 mg/kg groups was significantly low-er than that in other groups( P<0.05),the serum triglyceride content in 618.88 and 910.98 mg/kg groups was significantly lower than that in other groups( P < 0. 05),the serum lysozyme activity in 10. 97 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in 213.64,335.33,618.88 and 910.98 mg/kg groups( P<0.05). 3) The serum superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity in 335.33 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in 10.97,74.03 and 910.98 mg/kg groups( P<0.05),the serum total antioxidant capacity( T-AOC) in 335.33 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in 10. 97,618. 88 and 910. 98 mg/kg groups( P < 0. 05),the serum malondialdehyde( MDA) content in 335.33 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in 910.98 mg/kg group( P<0.05). 4) The activities of SOD and catalase( CAT) in liver in 10.97 mg/kg group were significantly lower than those in other groups( P < 0. 05), the liver MDA content in 148. 33,335. 33 and910.98 mg/kg was significantly lower than that in 10.97 mg/kg group( P<0.05). 5) The muscle SOD activity and T-AOC in 74.03 mg/kg group were significantly higher than those in other groups( P<0.05). 6) The serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase( GOT) activity in 213.64,335.33,618.88 and 910.98 mg/kg groups was significantly lower than that in 10. 97 mg/kg group( P < 0. 05),the liver GOT activity in 10. 97 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in other groups( P < 0. 05). The serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) activity in 10. 97 and 74. 03 mg/kg groups was significantly higher than that in other groups( P <0.05). 7) The serum vitamin C accumulation in 910.98 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in other groups( P<0.05),the liver vitamin C accumulation in 910. 98 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in 10.97,74. 03,148. 33 and 213. 64 mg/kg groups( P < 0. 05),the muscle vitamin C accumulation in618.88 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in 10. 97,74. 03,148. 33 and 213. 64 mg/kg groups( P<0.05). 8) The muscle moisture content in 74.03 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in 10.97,148.33 and 213.64 groups( P<0.05),the muscle collagen content in 910. 98 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in other groups( P<0.05). In conclusion,set the special gain rate,liver vitamin C accumulation and serum lysozyme activity as evaluation indexes,the broken-line regression analysis results indicate that dietary vitamin C requirements of juvenile Centropristis striata are 66.66,309.93 and 345.11 mg/kg,respectively.
