小米糠基质栽培香菇技术研究

摘  要:
检测和分析了以添加不同比例的小米糠为基质栽培的香菇菌种子实体蛋白质含量。结果表明,利用小米糠作为培养基质,能够栽培出高蛋白的香菇,且随着小米糠添加比例的增加,香菇子实体的蛋白质含量逐渐增加。本研究可为利用小米糠取代传统的麦麸基质培养高品质香菇提供参考。

摘  要:
The protein content of Lentinus edodes sporophore was detected and analyzed by adding different proportions of cavings as substrate.The results showed that Lentinus edodes with high protein could be cultivated by using cavings as the culture substrate.Meanwhile,the protein content of the sporophore of Lentinus edodes increased gradually with the increase of the proportion of cavings.This study can provide reference for the cultivation of high quality Lentinus edodes by using cavings instead of traditional wheat bran matrix.
