温光敏细胞核雄性不育小麦C49S的育性及其适应性分析

摘  要:
对温光敏细胞核雄性不育小麦 C4 9S在重庆北碚、湖北宜昌、四川绵阳三个试验点进行了育性鉴定 ,分析了其育性与孕穗期前 5 d的平均最低温度 (Tmin1 )、平均温度 (T1 )、平均日照长度 (D1 )及抽穗期前 5 d的平均最低温度 (Tmin2 )、平均温度 (T2 )、平均日照长度 (D2 )的关系 ,并按多元二次回归模型建立了结实率 P(% )与上述多因子的最佳回归方程。回归方程及其同质性分析表明 ,C4 9S在三个试验点的育性均受孕穗期前 5 d的平均最低温度Tmin1 和抽穗期前 5 d的平均温度 T2 控制 ,表现出很强的适应性 ;根据回归方程推算出 Tm in1 <8.0℃是结实率 P<4的必要条件 ,Tmin1 >12 .0℃是结实率 P>5 0的必要条件

摘  要:
The fertility of thermo photo sensitive genic male sterile wheat line 'C49S' was identified at three locations -Beibei in Chongqing city, Yichang in Hubei province and Mianyang in Sichuan province. And the correlation of fertility to the mean minimum temperature and mean temperature and mean photo period during five days before booting date and before heading date was analyzed. And the multivariate quadratic regression equation of fertility to temperature and photo-period at different stages was built in stepwise regression procedure. The regression equation and it's homogeneity analysis showed that the fertility of 'C49S' was mainly controlled by the mean minimum temperature at booting stage and the mean temperature at heading stage and that the male-sterile gene expression of 'C49S' had a strong adaptability at three locations. The critical temperatures for fertility transition which were calculated according to the regression equation showed that the essential condition for the fertility which was lower than four percent was that the mean minimum temperature at booting stage was lower than 8.0 ℃ and that the essential condition for the fertility which was higher than fifty percent was that the mean temperature at heading stage was higher than 12.0 ℃.
