摘 要：
指出了平乐县森林县城建设是"美丽广西"生态建设和桂林市"生态立市"战略的具体实施。从平乐县城市森林建设的现状分析着手,综合评价了创建森林县城的优势和存在问题,提出了发挥自身优势和解决现状问题的规划思路,最终确定了"山环水绕古昭州,生态宜居新平乐"的建设理念和"一核、两带、三园、四廊、多点"的重点建设布局,以及规划重点和内容,从而达到广西森林县城的创建评选标准,构建具有高度生态文明的现代森林县城,并为同类县城的森林建设提供借鉴。

摘 要：
Forest county construction at Pingle is the measure of"Beautiful Guangxi"ecological construction and Guilin city"Ecological Building up the City"strategy.Forest county construction planning proceeds from the present situation of the county analysis,comprehensive evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages.It proposed planning ideas to solve the current problems and play to their strengths.Then,it determined the construction concept of"Mountains and river around ancient Zhaozhou,create a livable Pingle";building layout,which is key planning and content of"one core/two bands/three parks/four corridors/many points".Thereby,it can achieve the selection criteria of Forest county creation.A modern forest county with a high degree of ecological civilizationcan be built,which provides reference for forest construction.
