NaCl胁迫对黄连木体内离子分配的影响

摘  要:
以盆栽黄连木(Pistacia chinensis Bunge)的一年生实生苗为试材,分析不同的盐处理(浓度分别为0、0.15%、0.30%、0.45%、0.60%)对其根、茎、叶中的Na+、K+含量的影响。结果表明,随着盐胁迫的加强,黄连木体内的Na+含量升高,但不同器官中升高的幅度不同。根系中Na+含量最高,茎中的Na+含量低于根系,叶片中的Na+含量最低。盐胁迫下黄连木叶片内的K+含量高于对照,Na+变幅不大,说明黄连木的根和茎选择性地运输K+而限制了Na+的运输,从而减轻了对植株地上部分的毒害,具有一定的耐盐性。

摘  要:
The experiment of salt stress on seedlings of Pistacia chinensis was carried out in pots, with the NaCl solution concentration of 0,0.15%, 0.30%, 0.45%, 0.60% and a pure water control. The purpose of the study was to investigate K+, Na+ concentrations and K+, Na+ contents in different organs. The results showed that the Na+ content in P. chinensis increased as the solution concentration increased, but the increasing range was different in different organs, root>shoot>leaf. P. chinensis inhibited extra much Na+ to enter into the leaf by selectively absorbing K+ so that the injury to the leaf could be avoided or relieved under salt stress.
