猪链球菌2型与麦氏弧菌的分离鉴定及动物致病性试验

摘  要：
从 1 999年夏江苏省某地暴发的猪急性败血型病死猪脏器中 ,分离到RGR990 1、RGR990 2、RGM990 3、RGM990 4 4株细菌。经病原学鉴定 ,RGR990 1、RGR990 2为猪链球菌 2型 ,RGM990 3、RGM990 4为麦氏弧菌。对其进行致病性研究发现 ,所分离的 2株猪链球菌 2型在实验室条件下对猪仅产生一过性体温升高 ,不致死 ;麦氏弧菌对猪无致病性。将二株猪链球菌 2型及麦氏弧菌混合培养物分别同时接种猪 ,则可使猪体温迅速升高 ,并于 2 3h内死亡 ,二者表现出明显的协同致病作用

摘  要：
Four strains of bacteria named RGR9901?RGR9902?RGM9903 and RGM9904 were isolated from the viscera of pigs which were killed by acute septic diseases outbroken in Jiangsu province in summer of 1999.Identified in etiology,RGR9901 and RGR 9902 were considered as Streptococcus Suis type 2,RGM9903 and RGM 9904 as Vibio Metschnikovii.Research on their pathogenicity suggested that Streptococcus Suis type 2 could only cause sudden temperature raising in pigs,but be not lethal to pigs,while Vibio Metschnikovii,was nonpathogenic to pigs.When pigs were rapidly inoculated with these two strains,they died in 23 hours,suggesting that these two strains have strong synergistic effect.
