甘蔗糖蜜酒精废液对赤红壤改良及大豆生长的影响

摘  要:
为探讨甘蔗糖蜜酒精废液对土壤改良及农作物生长的可能影响,通过盆栽试验研究了其施入量对土壤酶、微生物、养分以及大豆生长的影响效应.结果表明,施用甘蔗糖蜜酒精废液有效增加了土壤养分,其中以酒精废液输入量338 t·hm-2(T6处理)对土壤肥力改善效果最好;施入之前p H为4. 73,种植大豆后各处理土壤的p H在5. 65~5. 98,种植大豆可提高土壤p H,有利于改良酸性土壤;施用酒精废液提高了土壤酶活性和好气性自生固氮菌的数量,但是与其施入量无明显规律;适量施用酒精废液能提高大豆的百粒重、荚重和促进植株的生长.综合分析,以酒精废液输入量225 t·hm-2(T4处理)对提高大豆产量效果最好.施用甘蔗糖蜜酒精废液对改良赤红壤、促进大豆生长的影响通过提高土壤过氧化氢酶的活性促进有机质、氮、磷和钾的分解和转化实现.

摘  要:
To explore the possible effects of molasses alcohol wastewater on soil improvement and soybean growth,the effects of the applied amount on soil enzymes,microorganisms,nutrients and soybean growth were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the application of molasses alcohol wastewater effectively increased soil nutrients,and the soil fertility improvement by T6 treatment( 338 t·hm~(-2)) was the best; the p H of each treated soil was 5. 65-5. 98,and the p H before application was 4. 73. Soybean increased the soil p H and improved the acid soil. The application of alcohol wastewater increased the soil enzyme activity and the number of aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria,but there was no obvious law with the application amount. The application of alcohol wastewater increased the 100-grain weight,pod weight and growth of soybean. Comprehensive analysis,treatment with T4( 225 t·hm~(-2)) was the best for improving soybean yield. The effect of applying molasses alcohol wastewater on improving latosolic red soil and promoting soybean growth would be achieved by increasing the activity of soil catalase and promoting the decomposition and transformation of organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.
