摘 要：
脂肪酸结合蛋白最早是1972年Ockner等从肠细胞液组分中分离出来的,当前成为了动物营养领域的研究热点。笔者主要介绍了FABP的类型、特点和生物学功能,并对FABP在脂肪酸代谢的影响及其调节脂肪酸代谢机制等方面的研究进展进行了综述。

摘 要：
Fatty acid binding protein (FABP)isolated from the component of intestinal cell sap by Ockner in 1976,become a research hotspot in the field of animal nutrition presently. In this article,the FABP types,characteristics and biological function were introduced. In addition,the research progress in the FABP effect on fatty acid metabolism and the regulation mechanism of FABP on fatty acid metabolism were reviewed.
