干旱胁迫对不同基因型夏谷芽期的影响

摘  要:
用不同浓度的PEG-6000模拟干旱处理14个夏谷品种,统计相对发芽率、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数及相对芽长、根长。结果表明,除5%PEG处理外,PEG处理对14个品种夏谷的萌发均有抑制作用,但抑制程度不同。根据所有指标的隶属函数值将14个品种分为4个级别,200152和200131为强抗旱品种,安06-6082、郑06-3、沧344、济0404、济0515、06766-7和长生08为较抗旱品种,安04-4783、206058、沧555和冀谷19为弱抗旱品种,冀谷31为不抗旱品种。

摘  要:
14 Foxtail millet varieties were treated with different concentrations polyethylene glycol(PEG)-6000 for simulating water stress,and the relative germination percentage,relative germination index and vigor index,relative radicle length and relative root length were investigated.The results showed that the germination ability of all the foxtail millet varieties were inhibited except with 5% PEG-6000,but the degree varied.According to the values of jurisdiction degree,the 14 varieties were divided into four categories.The varieties with the strongest drought resistance included 200152 and 200131,those with stronger drought resistance included AN 06-6082,ZHENG 06-3,CANG 344,JI 0404,JI 0515,06766-7 and CHANGSHENG 08,and those with weaker drought sensitive included AN 04-4783,20608,CANG 555,and JIGU 19.The most drought sensitive one was JIGU 31.
