银杏叶不同时期黄酮含量测定与比较

摘  要：
黄酮是银杏叶的主要药用成分,其黄酮含量在很大程度上决定着银杏叶的利用价值。通过对大龄银杏叶不同生长时期黄酮含量的测定与比较,分析银杏叶中黄酮含量随生长期的变化规律,揭示出大龄银杏树采摘叶片的最佳时期。试验结果表明:不同生长时期的银杏叶黄酮含量变化幅度较大,在1年中黄酮含量出现2次峰值,8月份出现第1个峰值,黄酮含量为0.884%,以后下降较快,10月叶色发黄后又上升到最高值0.977%。

摘  要：
flavonoides of the ginkgo is a main medical composition of the leaf of the ginkgo,flavonoides content is determining the value of the leaf of ginkgoes to a great extent.This text adopts the determination of flavonoides content in different growth periods of ginkgo leaf above the average age for marriage with comparing,analyze ginkgo leaf flavonoides content vary with growth period law, reveal above the average age for marriage ginkgo best period to pluck blade.The test result indicated that,The different periods of growth flavanone content change scope is big,the flavanone content appears two times of peak values in a year,in Auguso appears the first peak value,the flavanone concent is 0.884%.Later quickly will drop,after in October the leaf color will turn yellow rises to the maxi mum,will be 0.977%.
