摘 要：
科研项目管理是农区所科研管理工作的重心,做好科研项目管理是强所之本,也是各农区所管理工作的难点。文章阐述了江苏省农业科学院6个农区所科研项目管理的现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了加强科研管理人才队伍建设、转变科研管理部门的职能、优化学术委员会的职能与组成、提高项目管理过程中的信息化水平等健全和完善科研项目管理机制的具体措施。

摘 要：
The scientific research project management is the center of the management of scientific research. Scientific research project management is the way of raising scientific research level and the difficult problems for all agricultural research institutes in farming areas.Current status of scientific research project management in 6 agricultural research institutes of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences in farming areas was elaborated and problems were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures for improving scientific research project management were put forward, i.e., strengthening the construction of scientific research management personnel, adjusting scientific research management functions, optimizing the function and composition of the academic committee, and improving the informatization level of project management.
