蚯蚓发酵液对“宁杞7号”生长发育的影响

摘  要:
2016年在宁夏回族自治区中宁县红梧山现代枸杞高新技术试验示范区以2年生的"宁杞7号"(Lycium barbarumL.)为试材,采用单因素完全随机设计,探讨蚯蚓发酵液不同施用量(150、300、450 kg·hm~(-2))对枸杞植株生长、叶绿素含量、光合速率、F_v/F_m、品质及产量的影响。结果表明,施用蚯蚓发酵液新稍生长速率提高23.73%~52.41%,叶面积增加5.28%~42.03%,叶绿素含量增加可达88.88%,净光合速率提高9.83%以上、F_v/F_m提高18.49%;促进多糖、甜菜碱、黄酮、类胡萝卜素的积累,峰值分别达到7.54%、0.22%、16.71 mg·g~(-1)、16.11 mg·g~(-1);产量、百粒重增幅分别为9.41%~34.07%、19.48%~28.12%。各指标随蚯蚓发酵液施用量增加基本呈先增后降趋势,峰值出现在300 kg·hm~(-2)处理。说明蚯蚓发酵液施用量300 kg·hm~(-2)效果最佳,能促进枸杞营养生长,改善药品品质,提高产量。

摘  要:
Effects of different application rates of earthworms on the growth,fruit quality and yield of Lycium barbarumL.in the main producing areas and explore suitable application rate of earthworm fermented liquid on Chinese wolfberry at 2016.The passage used Lycium.barbarumL.germinated in Chinese wolfberry 2 years as materials,and the single factor of earthworm fermented liquid was completely randomized to design liking 150 kg·hm~(-2),300 kg·hm~(-2),450 kg·hm~(-2),aimed to dicuss the influence of different earthworm fermented liquid on Chinese wolfberry plant growth,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,F_v/F_m,quality and yield.The results showed that the application of earthworm fermented liquid can improve 23.73%~52.41% growth rate of fresh treetop,increase leaf area by 5.28%~42.03%,chlorophyll content of 88.88%,increase net photosynthetic rate more than 9.83%,18.49% F_v/F_m,promote accumulation of polysaccharide,betaine,flavonoids and carotenoids,peak were 7.54%,0.22%,16.71 mg·g~(-1),16.11 mg·g~(-1),output and hundred grain weight increase 9.41%~34.07% and 19.48%~19.48% respectively.There were significant differences in the effects of different earthworm fermentation broth on the indexes,with the increase of applying earthworm fermented liquid content increased after decreased first,peak appeared in the 300 kg·hm~(-2).300 kg·hm~(-2) treatment the best,it can promote the growth of Chinese wolfberry,improve drug quality and production.
